By accessing and using the Purella Water Systems platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. This Service is provided by Purella Manufacturing, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
This Service is intended solely for authorized personnel of Purella Manufacturing, LLC and its affiliated companies. Unauthorized access, use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Service implements industry-standard security measures including SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II compliance, full data encryption for data in transit and at rest, IP address restrictions, session control, and comprehensive audit trail logging. All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Purella Manufacturing, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Purella Manufacturing, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
